Field Crew

LDF Construction began operations in August 2013. Initial local hires included eight Journeyman Carpenters and two Laborers. The combined experience of our Tribal crew is a huge asset to the company.

Our crews bring a diverse skill set and are the core of the company's day-to-day field operations. The ongoing desire for the highest quality, attention to detail, streamlined production methods, and customer satisfaction are apparent in our work ethic and motivation. Continued strides for additional training to maximize skill sets and exercising the latest construction innovations shows that this core group of men are ready to take on the most complex of projects.
